In 2024, our company won the bid for the general contracting project of the infrastructure engineering of the Nanchang Rail Transit Industrial Park (Phase I), providing 10KV power cables for the project.
The Nanchang Rail Transit Industrial Park (Phase I) project is located east of Menglu Avenue and south of Ningyuan Street in the Jiangxi Xinjian Economic Development Zone. The park covers a total area of approximately 3,000 mu (approximately 200 hectares), and will be completed in three phases, with a total output value exceeding 100 billion yuan. Phase I covers an area of 783 mu (approximately 52 hectares) with a total construction area of 490,000 square meters. It is planned to include functional areas such as a customized enterprise zone, a standard manufacturing zone, a headquarters economic zone, and a scientific research and development zone, aiming to create a national model of industrial-city integration. The project is mainly led by intelligent rail transit, adopting a differentiated development strategy, implementing a "1+4" industrial layout covering traditional manufacturing, new rail transit systems, intelligent operation, and intelligent maintenance. It strives to build a 100-billion-yuan characteristic park that is professional, industrialized, intelligent, characteristic, and international, and a national model of industrial-city integration, fully leveraging the strong agglomeration momentum of the metro industry.
