1. Product Introduction and Application Range
Cross-linked polyethylene insulated power cables have excellent resistance to environmental stress cracking. They do not produce harmful gases when burned and do not pollute the environment. They have a simple structure and wide range of applications, suitable for power transmission and distribution in lines with a rated voltage of 0.6/1kV.
2. Product Standards and Usage Characteristics
The product is manufactured in accordance with the Chinese national standard GB/T 12706-2020 for rated voltage 1kV (Um=1.2kV) to 35kV (Um=40.5kV) extruded insulated power cables and accessories, and the International Electrotechnical Commission standard IEC60502-2014.
The maximum operating temperature of the cable conductor is 90℃. During a short circuit (not exceeding 5s), the maximum temperature of the cable conductor does not exceed 250℃. The ambient temperature during cable laying should not be lower than 0℃.
